Format and Appointments
The Format of Association Days is based on two elements : "Face2Face" pre-scheduled meetings and "Networking" system and events.
The Organising Secretary will organise the personalised diaries of every participant by looking at the requirements expressed by Buyers and Sellers.
To enable participants to make their own choices, before the Association Days, once we have gained a sufficiently comprehensive picture of who is attending, all the profiles of the Buyers and Sellers coming to the event will be available online, with direct access to the respective reserved areas.
After having looked at the profiles, technical characteristics and schedules of every participant, you can choose who you wish to meet.
The Agenda will thus consist of all the appointments of each participant, and will be sent out following the accreditation process.
It is more likely that an appointment will be assigned when both parties have chosen to meet each other.
Networking System and Events
Association Days also include opportunities to meet and socialise more freely, where you can develop new relationships or better get to know participants you have already met.
A special online interaction system, accessed from the respective reserved areas, will enable each participant to look at the profiles, introduce themselves and promote themselves before the event to other participants they are interested in and thereby lay the foundations for fruitful meetings.
We should point out that, under the regulations, this system is the only permitted means of contacting other participants before the event.
