Each participant’s stay is organised according to individual arrival and departure schedules, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience throughout the forum.
Hosted PCOs will be welcomed upon arrival and transferred by private motor launch to their hotel in the San Marco area.
All working sessions take place at Hotel Monaco & Grand Canal, located in the historic centre of Venice on the Grand Canal, just steps from Piazza San Marco.Accommodation is arranged within walking distance of the venue, allowing participants to move easily between meetings, networking moments and evening functions.

Cultural Experience

During the programme interval, hosted PCOs will be invited to a private visit to a distinguished Venetian venue, offering exclusive access within a context of historical and cultural significance.
8:00 pm – Opening Dinner - Palazzo Zen
An evening set within the refined Venetian atmosphere of Palazzo Zen, offering an elegant setting for meaningful professional dialogue among Presidents of international scientific and medical societies, international PCOs and selected congress operators.
