Arrival & Accommodation Arrangements
Each participant’s stay is organised according to individual travel schedules, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience throughout the programme.
Hosted PCOs will be welcomed upon arrival and transferred by private motor launch to their accommodation in the St Mark’s area.
All working sessions take place at Hotel Monaco & Grand Canal, just steps from St Mark’s Square, while selected programme activities and evening functions are reached by private motor launch.

Cultural Experience

During the programme interval, hosted PCOs will be invited to a private visit to a distinguished Venetian venue, offering exclusive access within a context of historical and cultural significance.
8:00 pm – Opening Dinner - Palazzo Zen
An evening set within the refined Venetian atmosphere of Palazzo Zen, offering an elegant setting for meaningful professional dialogue among Presidents of international scientific and medical societies, international PCOs and selected congress operators.

Hosted in the historic Ridotto salons overlooking the Grand Canal, the Gala brings together association delegates, international PCOs and selected congress stakeholders for an evening of professional dialogue, networking and elegant Venetian hospitality.
