Who we are looking for:
Association Days Europe is addressed to senior international PCOs with strategic responsibility in the planning and delivery of international association congresses.
Participation is intended for professionals who:

hold a senior or executive position within their organisation

exercise direct responsibility over congress planning, formats and venue strategy
-
are actively shaping future international association congress projects
The programme is particularly relevant for PCOs engaged in structured collaboration with European destinations, congress venues and specialised operators, as well as for those presenting open-venue congress initiatives within a professional and non-binding setting.

Join Us
as a Hosted PCO
If you represent an international PCO, hold a senior decision-making position and are actively involved in the organisation of association congresses across Europe, you are invited to express your interest in participating as a Hosted PCO at Association Days Europe.
Selected PCOs will be included in a dedicated hospitality framework, designed to allow invited participants to focus fully on professional exchange, dialogue and programme content.
Participation is intentionally limited to preserve the quality of dialogue, the relevance of exchanges and the overall effectiveness of the programme.
