EXCLUSIVE VISIT TO THE SCROVEGNI CHAPEL

On Thursday, January 29, prior to the Get Together Party, the Mayor of Padua is delighted to offer the esteemed guests of Association Days Europe an exclusive private visit to the Scrovegni Chapel at 6:00 PM.

Transfer from the hotel is scheduled at 5:45 PM. Limited availability, reservations can be made via this link.

TRANSFER TO GALZIGNANO RESORT TERME SPA & GOLF

SATURDAY 31 JANUARY

For guests taking part in the regenerative stay at Galzignano Resort Terme, Spa & Golf, a transfer from Padova Congress to the Resort is scheduled at 2:00 pm, following the working lunch.

Accompanying guests will therefore be able to enjoy the entire afternoon at the Resort’s thermal facilities and Spa.

Participants attending the working sessions will reach Galzignano Resort later in the afternoon, in accordance with the scheduled programme.

You have been invited to participate as a valued guest in Association Days Europe 2026, the annual event dedicated to European associations and medico-scientific societies promoting congresses.

How to Reach the Event Venue

Padova Congress, the venue for Association Days Europe, is just a short walk from Padua’s historic center and only 500 meters from the train station.

Well-connected to major highways, it is also easily accessible from Venice’s Marco Polo International Airport.

Its strategic location ensures convenient access by all means of transport, while being within close proximity to the city’s artistic and architectural treasures.

You won’t need to worry about anything, as all arrival and departure transfers, as well as transportation for your scheduled activities, are fully managed by our organization.

The gathering offers an initial opportunity to connect in a relaxed and convivial setting, encouraging the exchange of experiences and the establishment of professional contacts.

To protect the environment all our events are paperless:

Appointments diaries, the programme, the catalogue and supplier profiles are digitised and available for your PC or smartphone, by downloading the “Eureka EventHub” app, which you will be able to access with the same login details as used for your reserved area.

N.B.: Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with this technology! We know that the digitisation process needs time before it truly comes of age. For this reason, in parallel with the digital system, we supply traditional supports.

The ID badge, required to access activities, venues and evenings, will be available at the registration desk.

The APP will be downloadable from the 15th January free of charge from Apple Store and Play Store.
