For Participants Not Joining the Pre-Tour in Venice:
Upon your arrival at the airport, our staff will welcome you and arrange your transfer to Padua, where you will be accommodated at the Hotel Hilton Garden Inn, ideally located in the city center.

Engage in one-on-one meetings with representatives from top destinations, state-of-the-art congress centers, and premier conference hotels tailored to your interests.
1:00 pm: Working Lunch:
Enjoy a delicious meal while continuing to connect with peers.
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Final Meetings and Institutional Session Closing:
Conclude your productive sessions with impactful discussions and networking.
Transfers to the Airport:
After the session, private transfers to the airport will be arranged for your departure.

Delegates from international scientific associations and societies with open venue events scheduled will meet with operators who have registered after reviewing the event profiles online

Saturday, February 8
While you attend your scheduled meetings, your accompanying guests will enjoy an enchanting tour of Padua, exploring the city’s historical and artistic treasures.

10:00 am: Departure from the Hotel: A guided journey through the highlights of Padua, showcasing its rich cultural heritage and timeless beauty.

12:30 pm: Transfer to Padova Congress Center: Guests will join you for lunch at the Congress Center, concluding their morning with delightful company and a delicious meal.
N.B.: For accompanying persons participating in the post-tour at Galzignano:
2:00 PM: Departure from Padova Congress to Galzignano Resort Terme Spa & Golf, followed by free time in the thermal center and spa.
Your companions will join you in the mid-afternoon after completing their sessions.
