5:30 pm – Return to the Hotel

Check-out and Transfer:
9:00 am: Transfer to Padova Congress. Your luggage will be securely stored at the Congress Center’s cloakroom for your convenience.
9:30 am - 1:00 pm: Personalized Meetings:
Engage in one-on-one meetings with representatives from top destinations, state-of-the-art congress centers, and premier conference hotels tailored to your interests.
1:00 pm: Working Lunch:
Enjoy a delicious meal while continuing to connect with peers.
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Final Meetings and Institutional Session Closing:
Conclude your productive sessions with impactful discussions and networking.
Transfers to the Airport:
After the session, private transfers to the airport will be arranged for your departure.

Delegates who have expressed interest in multi-destination congress planning will meet selected representatives of destinations, congress centres and hotels that have submitted proposals to host future editions of their events.
