Participation & Hospitality
Participation is supported by a dedicated hospitality arrangement designed to allow Presidents and Delegates to focus entirely on professional dialogue and informed evaluation.
Each stay is coordinated according to individual arrival and departure schedules, ensuring a seamless and well-organised experience throughout the programme.
Participants are welcomed upon arrival and transferred by private motor launch to carefully selected accommodation within Venice’s leading hotels in the San Marco district, within walking distance of the venue.
All working sessions take place at Hotel Monaco & Grand Canal.

Departure Transfers
Private transfers to Venice Airport will be arranged according to individual flight schedules.
While participants attend the final working sessions, accompanying guests will enjoy a privately guided walk through a lesser-known quarter of Venice, exploring its architectural details, quiet courtyards and refined artistic heritage.
