How to Reach the Event Venue

Padova Congress, the venue for Association Days Europe, is just a short walk from Padua’s historic center and only 500 meters from the train station.

 

Well-connected to major highways, it is also easily accessible from Venice’s Marco Polo International Airport.

 

Its strategic location ensures convenient access by all means of transport, while being within close proximity to the city’s artistic and architectural treasures.

Suppliers’ Secretariat

 

The Operators’ Secretariat will be operational at Padova Congress on the following days:

  • Thursday, February 6: from 10:00 AM to 13:00 PM

  • Friday, February 7:      from   9:00 AM to   6:00 PM

  • Saturday, February 8:  from   8:45 AM to   4:00 PM

 

To access the Workshop sessions, prior accreditation and completed registration are required.

International Open Venue Session 

Delegates of International Associations

with open venue events

 

Meet with

 

PCOs, Providers, and Representatives of destinations and venues interested in presenting their proposals.

Operators and PCOs accredited to Association Days Europe have the opportunity to participate in this optional session, dedicated to Open Venue international congress projects (events where the venue and destination have not yet been decided).

 

The project panel will be available one week before the event, allowing interested participants to register and meet with the delegates of the projects they find most relevant.

 

N.B.: The International Congress Exchange Session is an optional and free service, reserved exclusively for participants of Association Days Europe.

Paperless policy

To protect the environment and as a health precaution, all our events are paperless: 

 

Appointments diaries, the programme, the catalogue and buyer profiles are digitised and available for your PC or smartphone, by downloading the “Eureka EventHub” app, which you will be able to access with the same login details as used for your reserved area.


N.B.: Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with this technology!

We know that the digitisation process needs time before it truly comes of age. For this reason, in parallel with the digital system, we supply traditional supports, all strictly made of 100% recyclable material.


The ID badge, required to access activities, venues and evenings, will be available at the  registration desk.

"Eureka EventHub" APP

How to download it and how it works 

The APP will be downloadable from early November free of charge from Apple Store and Play Store.
Its use is intuitive; once you have entered your access credentials, you will be just a click away from various functions and the possibility of immediately viewing useful information related to the event.

Registration

To access the event programme, you must first be officially registered.

Buyer Selection and Workshop Preparation

A few days before the event, once the list of participating buyers is finalized, you will be able to access your reserved area to review their profiles and event plans.

This will allow you to indicate the buyers you wish to meet.

We will notify you as soon as the database with buyer profiles becomes available.

N.B.: Full payment of the participation fee is required to access buyer profiles and make your selections.

Appointment Scheduling

Based on your preferences, the meeting schedules  will be organized and made available in your reserved area.

Agenda and Catalogue

These will be provided to you upon your accreditation.

AD Professional  

The first workshop session is dedicated to B2B meetings with professional buyers, including Italian and European PCOs. The sessions will take place:


   •    Thursday, February 6: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM
   •    Friday, February 7:      9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

​AD Institutional

This session is dedicated to B2B meetings with representatives of European associations and medico-scientific societies. The sessions will take place:


   •    Friday, February 7:     2:00 PM to 4:30 PM
   •    Saturday, February 8: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM

 

International Congress Exchange

This session is designed to provide national delegates of international associations with open venue congresses tailored organizational solutions that meet their specific logistical needs.

Operators and PCOs accredited to Association Days Europe can participate in this optional session to meet with representatives of the events they are interested in.

The panel of open venue congresses will be available one week before the event, allowing participants to register and select the projects of their choice.

Prohibition on Contacting Buyers Before the Workshop

As explicitly stated in the regulations, and out of respect for relationships with fellow operators and the privacy of the buyers, contacting buyers before the workshop is strictly prohibited.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies  
Please report any dietary needs, allergies, or intolerances via this link or directly through your reserved area by January 25, to allow us to arrange suitable menus.

Payments

We remind you that full payment of the participation fee is required to access the event.

Personal Workstation

Each operator will have their own dedicated workstation.
N.B.: Please note that the display of roll-ups or advertising panels is not permitted.

Charging Stations for Smartphones and Laptops

Electrical outlets for charging devices will be available in the workshop rooms.

Event Updates 

All event-related information, including programs, addresses, contacts, conditions, and suggestions, will always be available online in your reserved area.

 

Communications

Any communications of personal interest will be highlighted in your reserved area

Secretariat  
Throughout the Workshop, the organizational secretariat will be operational in Padua at the Padova Congress
